Abraham and his team came out and completed our insulation project in -17° weather. My wife and I are thrilled with the finished product and the job that these guys did. We would definitely recommend them and would hire them again in the future. We have bedrooms above our garage that were 15° colder than the rest of our house so we had Abraham give us his expert opinion on what needed to be done to warm up those bedrooms and our garage. Only after about an hour after his team left, we could already feel the temperatures rising in both the bedrooms, and the garage. Can’t thank them enough for their hard work!
L&L Home Solutions receives a high rating from me!! I called a couple of other contractors regarding insulating my attic crawl space, and was disappointed and discouraged by not only the pricing, but lack of knowledge. Upon further research, I came across L&L Home Solutions and was pleasantly surprised by Abraham's knowledge of what needed to be done to properly insulate my home. After our initial meeting, I was confident that Abraham knew exactly what needed to be done and his price was within my budget. I knew for certain the insulation L&L Solutions had installed in my home was more than sufficient when we had 100 degree weather and my air conditioner was able to keep up! We are extremely satisfied with the whole process from beginning to end. We would recommend him without reservation. For many years we have living with a few room in the house just getting colder or hotter than others. We are so glad we called Abraham and his team.
In Abraham's initial visit, we saw that where out insulation was lacking and he found many hot spots and one room where the walls were close to the outside temperature. Also, the attic was lacking in insulation and making some hot spots in the ceilings.
He came back will a VERY FAIR and CLEAR bid and all of the work was completed within a week of Abraham's initial visit. We could feel the difference in temperature in those rooms the same day. It has been 10 days now since the install and the new cool rooms continue to impress us as they hold up against the heat.
The crew was knowledgeable, respectful, clean, timely and professional and we appreciate their hard work.
